Email support is available directly. Telegram is optional and is never required to recover an account or cancel a trial or subscription.
Cancel a trial or subscription
If password or MFA access is unavailable, request a secure email sign-in link. It expires in 10 minutes.
This browser is already signed in. Open subscription settings to review or cancel renewal.
Open subscription settings- Open the secure link sent to the account email.
- Go to Profile → Subscriptions.
- Select Cancel subscription and wait for the on-screen confirmation.
If cancellation does not show a successful confirmation, email support@bimmer.studio immediately. A failed request is not presented as cancelled.
